Our judicious cancellation policy protects both parties. We are one
of the very few tour companies in Bhutan with a friendly cancellation policy. After you confirm
your trip, we will assume that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by the following
terms:
Tour Payment Policy
- A minimum deposit of 10% of the total booking
amount is required to confirm your reservation within 24 hours.
- 30% of the total billing amount must be
deposited at the time of booking.
- The remaining balance of 60% must be settled
30 days prior to your departure.
- Non-compliance with these payment terms may lead to the cancellation of your
booking.
Tour Booking Cancellation & Refund Policy
- For paid trips, a full refund will be made for
tours cancelled 45 days or more prior to the
arrival date.
- A 30% penalty on the total tour cost applies
for tours cancelled less than 30 days prior to
the arrival date.
- A 50% penalty on the total tour cost applies for
tours cancelled less than 21 days prior to the
arrival date.
- No refund will be made for trips shortened or lost due to unforeseen reasons after
arrival in Bhutan, as hotels and logistics will have already been paid for.
Druk Air / Bhutan Airlines Flight Booking Cancellation & Refund Policy
- 100% refund permitted for tickets cancelled
more than 40 days from the date of travel.
- 50% refund permitted for tickets cancelled
between 30 days and 15 days from the date of
travel.
- No refund will be made for missed connections or "no show" at the airports.
- An additional fee of US $25 is levied for every
date change once the tickets have been issued.
- For every cancelled ticket, an administrative fee of
US $50 is levied.
